As your coach I’ll help you to explore possibilities and evaluate and honor the choices you make. Together we will work through challenges and celebrate your accomplishments. My commitment is to guide you without getting in your way. You will feel empowered as you create an authentic and fulfilling life.

Experiential Workshops

Managing Health Transitions: Writing Your Way to Wellness
Are you experiencing a change in your health that is leaving you unsettled? Are you confused about what lies ahead? Can you define what “wellness means to you?” You may be getting advice about how to manage the physical aspects of this change but have no idea how to deal with your feelings. Through discussion and guided writing, this six week workshop will help you to make sense of your transition and develop a lifestyle that focuses on wellness.

Women on the Verge
Are you anticipating or in the midst of a life transition? Do you feel unsettled about where you are going in life? Women on the Verge will give you the opportunity to share the challenges and joys of life transitions with others who are on the same path.
